i made this for a group of five and they were pretty happy with it. i have a cold so i can't taste it all that well, but it looks pretty good. hah.

Fried Cabbage II
this was REALLY good. like, crazy good. it's not for everybody, because it has what most would probably consider to be a weird flavor, but i thought it was awesome. i got rid of the onions and added noodles, and used balsamic instead of cider. totes gonna make this again.

Death By Garlic
as some people have said, this is a good base recipe. it needed more garlic, first of all, but that might just be because i was raised in a very german household. :P i added kielbasa, corn, parmesan, and feta. the corn really helped liven it up. all in all, pretty good, but be ready to add your own spin on it or else you'll probably be a little disappointed.
