Burger Time with a Vegetarian

Today will be interesting! My family would go on a revolt if I tried to sell them on vegetarian grilling. As luck would have it our friends' vegetarian daughter has agreed to join us for dinner tonight! Yippee! I pulled two recipes; one for vegetarian
burgers (I bought Boca) and the other for Portabella Burgers. I made portabella burgers once to top a beef burger that I made. The Portabella "burger" was AWESOME! At any rate, I'm eating vegetarian tonight and I bet I'll be joined by others!
To keep with the vegetarian offerings (aside from offering beef burgers for non-veggie-lovers) I'm serving up hummus, a cucumber and feta dip and Greek onion dip to go with the fresh veggies. That should provide excellent snack fare through the Bridge session!
Now off to clean the kitchen and prep the food for tonight! I'll be back with a report on how the food turned out.
