Chocolate Strawberry Banana Milkshake

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2011
Pretty good! The flavor was unlike any smoothie I've had before!I didn't have frozen strawberries so I just used non-frozen ones and added about a cup of ice. i also didn't have chocolate mix drink so I just subbed in a tbsp of cocoa powder and a tbsp of sugar. I also used whole milk instead of low fat which made it creamier. Thanks for a great recipe and I can't wait to try it with frozen strawberries!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
YUMMY!!! These were the fluffiest pancakes i have ever seen and they grew to be quite big too!! The taste was pretty good for plain pancakes I can't wait to try fruits and various extracts like raspberry. This recipe was also really fast and easy. Thanks so much!!The only problem is I am probably gonna have to like six times it for my family:)

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
Really good!! Way better than the original rice krispies recipe! Even my parents who think rice krispies taste like cardboard thought they were great!Oh and here is a tip: I lay out some wax paper and then just press the treats into whatever shape/ thickness I want, it makes clean up a lot easier because as soon as I'm done cutting up the treats, I just wrap them and store them in the wax paper.

Mama Bear's Porridge

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
I have been eating this recipe every morning for about a week now. I have made so many different ways, like with almondmilk, with no milk at all, with normal milk replacing the powdered milk, with and without vanilla extract, etc. The recipe is very versatile and i can change it depending on whatever I have in my fridge or feel like making. I fourth the recipe but keep the original amount of cinnamon every time. I love how creamy and delicious (esp with honey YUM) this recipe is!! I have never tasted any oatmeal quite like this!It has ton of protein which I need since I started P90x about 2 weeks ago and i love how it keeps me satisfied and full till lunchtime even if I don't eat lunch till 1 or 2.Thanks you so much Becky!!

No Bake Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
I have been making these for years but without peanut butter. They are a classic from my mom's childhood days and the old family cookbook. We have always called them YUMMIES!!! However the peanut butter was an excellent addition to one of our family staples!! Thanks so much Lisa

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
Good!! Defiantly not like any oatmeal cookie I have ever tasted! Subbed in olive oil and butter. First batch, I cooked for nine minutes in my convention oven and they turned out great, but the second batch for some reason cooked really fast so I decreased the cooking time to 7 minutes and the rest of the cookies turned out perfect! Got rave reviews all around but they were a lot sweeter than I expected- a little too much for my taste. I will definitely make these again but not for myself. Thanks!!

Chewy Brownie Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
Yum! turned out exactly as title says and were not too cake-like. I subbed in softened butter and omitted the water. I also stirred these by hand as some reader suggested. I cooked them @ 370 for 7 minutes in my convention oven. Good ratings all around and thanks for the recipe!!

Stacey's Hamburger Seasoning

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2011
Made this for memorial day burgers and it was great! Very savory and tangy. I also added some of my other favorite seasoning and the combo was great. Grilled the burgers and put avocado and pineapple slices with the rest of trimmings (swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, etc) and it really hit the spot!

Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
FABULOUS!! Super easy and they look like a million bucks! I baked them in a cupcake pan for 12 minutes in my convection oven at 317 and they turned out great! I also decreased the sugars to 1/3 cup because I used honey roasted peter pan peanut butter which is pretty sweet.

Brownie Frosting

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
WOW!! Super rich and really, really sweet! A little too much for my taste because my brownies i usually make are super rich too. ill definitely keep this recipe for something else though and maybe decrease the sugar a tad. Also I halved the recipe and added a combo of chocolate chips( bitterswt, semi-swt and milk chocolate) and it turned out good. Perfect for someone with a huge sweet tooth ( not really me) and chocolate lover! I also loved the way it is made. After a day of cooking and baking I didn't feel like pulling out my mixer and having to clean more so this recipe with the one pan was great. I also like that I just had to pour the frosting on instead of trying to spread which is a great time saver. Thanks so much Crunchm!

Fudgy Toffee Bars

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
I was super excited to make these because they sounded heavenly. They were good but the crust was a little strange and the fudge part was kind of similar to like chocolate syrup. Good but definitely not the best. Everyone liked them more or less but I don't think Ill make them again. Thanks though!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
Good. I subbed in 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of white sugar because I used honey flavored peanut butter. I also added vanilla and chocolate chips. They tasted a little smoked/toasted when I first got them out but as they cooled it pretty much went away..idk good concept and a good cookie but I have another recipe that I like better. Thanks though!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
AMAZING!! at first my family and I thought it was a little too chocolaty but after we let it sit out overnight the chocolate chips weren't so gooey and the bread was incredible! I also subbed some Greek yogurt in instead of the mayo and it tasted great! I also baked some of the batter in a cupcake pan for 25 minutes and they were good but not as moist and delicious as the bread. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Lemon Lover's Pound Cake

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
So Good!!! Definitely a five!! The only thing I changed was i added a extra tbps of lemon juice and the juice of one lemon because i didn't have lemon extract. i also separated the egg whites and yolks like a reviewer suggested and then beat the whites before adding in. This cake has the perfect taste; sweet, tangy and refreshing and is super moist! I didn't even add frosting! Thank you so much Annettia!

Excellent recipe. Love the concept. I always add a little more pumpkin and spices tough. I also add some cut up bananas or fresh strawberries and nuts sometimes. It adds a little pizzaz:)
