Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

My husband and I thought this was really good, but my 6 year old was almost in tears with just having to try it. That said, I don't think it's very kid friendly. I'd like to make it again, but I think it might be a while.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

Beautiful presentation, as well as delicious. This is the type of recipe you can be confident to serve to guests, but it's not so difficult that it can't become a family favorite. These make perfect serving sizes. I added chopped, grilled chicken to my roll-ups, and it was a meal in itself. I also decided to add mozarella cheese inside. They were beautiful to look at and tasted fantastic. Kudos!

Bacon Cheese Treats

A 5 star winner, hands down. Holli, have you ever considered entering this in the Pilsbury bake-off contest? I'll bet this would have a chance at winning! I used real bacon, and myself and my guests loved it. It's easy, and I most certainly will be making it again. Kudos, Holli!

Fresh Salsa I

This is one of those recipes that's easily adaptable for any family. I did just that. I've made this recipe (or rather a hybrid of this recipe) more times than I can count. I'm just now getting around to writing this review. I've subtracted and added items to this recipe, and now I've got one that's uniquely our family's. I thank you, Kaylene for such a fabulous recipe that allowed us to find the perfect one for us.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

What a tasty combination! I found the flavors very complimenting to each other. I added fried onions to the top for a little extra crunch. I was very delicious, but I can't imagine someone pregnant making this constantly. I was way too impatient to wait for a dish like this!

Beef Tips and Noodles

Wonderful! I enjoyed this classic taste of beef tips and noodles. Next time I will try fresh mushrooms (although canned wasn't bad at all!). The sauce was creamy and had just the right amount of flavor. The beef came out tender and juicy. I will certainly make this again!

Pastitsio II

This dish is worth the time and effort. I found it to be flavorful and filling. My family enjoyed it, although my 6 yr old was a little "iffy" towards it. It's quite time consuming, but I wanted to make something different for dinner. I will probably make this again, but it will be a while before I do.
