Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2012
it turned out great. i used the same amount of ingredients except I had two large chicken breasts which i cut into strips. i cooked it for 30 mins at 350 and then increased the heat the last 10mins. in could have used a little extra flavor, but i can't put my finger on it. i served it over rice. was a hit!

Berry Sour Cream Cake

Reviewed: May 28, 2012
this was a huge hit for memorial day! however, the berries sank into the cake. I may wait to add the berries until half way through the bake time. I took the advise of another and used light sour cream; couldn't tell the difference and I baked it for a total of 1 hour in a 9x13pan. only used about 1/3 of the glaze.

Balsamic Bruschetta

Reviewed: May 18, 2012
awesome recipe. i do let it all marinate for about an hour or so before i put it on bread. i sliced garlic and rub in the bread prior to toasting the bread. then put the mixture on. i've made it about 8 times so far. perfect in the winter spring and summer! delish!

Baked Honey Nut Chicken

Reviewed: May 18, 2012
made this recipe tonight. used three large chicken breasts and sliced them in half. i did cut the recipe in half and it was plenty. just the right number of sweetness. cooked them for 30 minutes and sprayed the glass dish with non-stick spray, as other suggested. I also made some sauteed asparagus and rice; perfect sides! will definitely be adding this to the dinner rotation!!

Grandma Betty's Ice Cream Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
This was a HUGE hit at a dinner party that I hosted, as well as a company cook-out! I used the graham cracker crust (only used 8 oz), and vanilla pudding with cookies and cream ice cream. Then topped it off with with the cool whip and some oreo cookies for some decoration on top. Everyon raved about it! Next timeI'll try the healthy route, and use frozen yogurt and fruit!
