I just finishedn making this "stoup"...from what i tatsed it delish!!... i added celery, onions and carrots as others suggested and i used one cup of milk and one cup of half and half.

Key Lime Pie VII

Very easy and absolutely delish!!!....i used key lime juice, a store brought crust and the zest of two limes. Also it took about 15 minutes in the oven. Will be making this again...

Lemon Chicken Tenders

I made this tonight. I did a few things different and I thought it came out good. I used chicken cutlets instead of tenders....I floured and pan fried the chicken instead of using breadcrumbs and baking. For the sauce I used freshed squeezed lemons and half the amount of sugar. I also seasoned the chicken. Didn't use curry because I didnt have any. Would definitely make again.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Made this tonight. I haven't tasted it yet but i does look good. Made a few changes...save a few steps and cooked the mushroom and garlic together....used 8oz of cream cheese and penne pasta. Not sure why so many people made so many changes, this recipe seems fine the way it is.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

Made this tonight. This is a great quick bread....it has two of my favorites lemon and blueberries. This bread had a cake like texture which I enjoyed. The only thing that keeps me from giving the recipe 5 stars is the glaze. I love lemon but the juice with the sugar makes this bread way too tart. I will make again however next time I will either leave out the glaze or just use a regular glaze of milk and confectioner sugar.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

I just finished making these cookies. First ...very easy recipe. The only thing I had to buy was the cream of tarter. Before putting the cookies in the oven I actually let the dough sit in the fridge for a few minutes. The cookies came out pretty looking .....unfortunately they were not sweet enough. After I cooked the second batch I sprinkled some sugar on top to help with the sweetness. Next time I will add additional sugar and maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Other than that ...this is a great recipe.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Very good recipe which makes great cookies. Instead of Crisco I used a cup of butter....added an extra teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla. Didn't used cloves don't have any. The one thing that needs to be done is once the batter is done put the fridge for ten minutes. This makes a big difference and ur cookies won't run together.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Made this last night. I used left over turkey meat. I only added string beans and carrots...that's what I had in the freezer. I made extra sauce but it still came a little dry. But I could only use but so much sauce without having spillage. All in all this came out very good.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Made this pie tonight. It came out great. The only changes I made was to take other viewers suggestions by adding cinnamon, a touch of vanilla and I mixed the sugar with the apples. I didn't use a lattice crust though but it didn't make a difference. I used Cortland apples.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was great....after cooking for 3 1/2 hours... the meat was coming apart. I took other suggestions and seared the roast on all sides. I also added a chopped onion and garlic.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Made this tonight for my house and gave a pan to my friend....yes this makes a lot. Anyhow this was delish and I didn't change a thing. However I did take other reviewers suggestion and sweated the eggplant with salt for about 30 minutes. Thanks very good recipe.

Made these tonight. I followed the recipe exactly however I didn't really care for them. They weren't bad but they feel like something is missing. If I make these again I would add some salt and some allspice.

Jamaican Oxtail with Broad Beans

Thanks for the recipe. I've made oxtails several times and this is truly the first time they had that authentic Jamaican taste. I made a few changes because I didn't have certain spices. I used ground Ginger and allspice....I don't like spicy food but I took another reviewers advice and used a green pepper instead of scotch bonnet pepper. I forgot the corn starch but that was okay because the starch from the butter beans made a nice gravy. Also, I use browning to give it that rich brown look. Lastly, I don't have a pressure cooker and didn't want to use my crock pot so they were cooked on the stovetop for a few hours on a very low flame. They came out great!!!

This recipe is great. After reading all the reviews I decided to follow the recipe all with the exception of the noodles. I put the sauce on the noodles before the cheese. It came out great!
