Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Flavor was good. I added about 1.5 cups of water as it was very thick otherwise. Everyone like it and I froze some for another day.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
Overall was good, but could have used some more flavor. I'd add more garlic and maybe some fresh lemon juice next time. Also, I only had dried parsley on hand, so maybe fresh would have made a difference.

Easy Feta Chicken Bake from ATHENOS

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
I added the red pepper before putting in the oven and threw in some fresh sliced mushrooms that I had on hand. I used dried oregano instead of parsley. Chicken was moist and tender, but overall was just an OK recipe. Good for finicky eaters as even my son liked the chicken-only!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2012
Followed recipe as written. Onions didn't really get carmelized, but it was outstanding anyways. Better than any FO soup I've ever eaten. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
This was a pretty easy recipe and was soooo delicious. Everyone loved it. Next time I make it, I'll double the sauce because it had awesome flavor. It did take quite a bit longer than the recipe states to get the juices to run clear though. It was over an hour vs the 25 minutes listed. I took an idea from another rater and placed the hens on top of peeled, sliced potatoes while roasting and threw in some sliced mushrooms for the last 30 minutes. That became our vegetables for the meal. Thanks for the great recipe!
