Super Simple Biscuits

Reviewed: May 14, 2013
Wow! So easy and so delicious! I am not a great cook, but these biscuits turned out great. My husband hates sour cream, so I made sure he didn't see me make them. He ate them up! They were so moist and delicious warmed up the next day!

Berdean's Cube Steak

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2012
This was delicious! I floured and cooked about 6 steaks for 3 minutes on each side, then added two cups of water in which two beef bouillon cubes had been dissolved. I added a little Worcestershire sauce and a sliced onion. I only simmered for one hour and the meat was so tender and delicious!

Cloggers' Delight Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
I only used about half the amount of oil recommended and also added the spice pack from the Ramen noodles. I tasted and added more vinegar and sugar until it tasted just the way I wanted. I wait until serving time to add the almonds, sesame seeds, and Ramen noodles as I like them to be crunchy. It was a hit at a family get together and I will be making it again and again.

Classic Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
This chili was pretty good, although a little bland. Could be my fault. I didn't have any bell peppers or celery, so I left that out. I also didn't use as much onion as called for. I left out the oil and instead just cooked the onion with the ground beef. I put all the ingredients in the crockpot and cooked for about 8 hours. I will cook it again.
