This was so good! My husband thought it was unique and really flavorful. I used ground chicken (it's all I could find at the store). I scaled the recipe to 6 servings. I halved the cinnamon amount, and it was the perfect amount. I ended up using 2 cups of chicken broth, and thickened it up with corn starch, and it worked out great...not soupy at all. I used 2 cans of beans, and did not mash any, just didn't fee like it at the time :). And, I had no Monterey Jack cheese, so I just used parmesan instead, but only sprinkled it on the chili and mixed, it definitely was not 2 cups. Overall, excellent recipe and I recommend it.
