I made this for supper this evening and it was absolutely delicious. I did a couple of things differently which I do believe added to the wonderful taste. I added 3 tablespoons of brown sugar to the meatloaf itself and I also added 1 teaspoon of garlic. Lastly, I cooked it for 1.5 hours instead of the one hour that it was calling for in the recipe. I find that meatloaf tends to be mushy in the middle if it isn't cooked enough. My husband, my 8 year old son and I loved it and will definitely be having it again in the future. Excellent recipe!!!
