Easy Lemon Cake

This is an old recipe, but I noticed the glaze recipe here is missing 2 Tablespoons of melted butter that my recipe has. Try it with the melted butter, I can't imagine it without.

Amber's Super Stuffing

I used Pepperidge Farms Herb cubed dressing in place of the cornbread one, and added 1 cup lightly toasted pecans.

added "Dove" dark choc. ice cream topping to center and drizzled it again atop the last rasp. layer, also used the double choc. milanos. put a dab of cream filling to bottom of each milano in order to "glue" it to the pan and they will stand up. 3 packs of cookies is perfect, no extras though. the added choc. topping makes for a great presentation, people couldn't believe it was homemade! Thanks for the recipe.

Biscochitos I

I made these for our thanksgiving feast and were well liked by my picky sister. I used a maple leaf cutter and when sprinkled with the cinnamon sugar, they looked like fall leaves.I personally thought they were okay, probably not for every one.The dough is a little tricky to work with, but they did look nice.
