Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake

I loved this recipe! The cake came out perfectly. I loved the icing as well. I followed the recipe to the letter except that I baked it in a 13X9X2 inch glass pan because that's all I had. I baked it in a 350 degree oven for 32 minutes for those in the same boat.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is the first time I've ever made this. I followed the recipe exactly. It is amazing! The sauce is so good! Definitely watch the cooking time depending on the thickness of your chicken. So so good!

Pecan Pie V

The first time I made this I followed the recipe as is. It came out too brown on top and a little runny but the flavor was good. The second time I followed another reviewers suggestion and baked it at 350 for the first 15 minutes, then lowered it to 300 for 50 minutes. Hubby absolutely loved it! It's my new pecan pie recipe. Thanks much!

Banana Cream Pie I

Amazing recipe! I loved it so much I decided to make a second pie as well. I did follow other's suggestions. I used cornstarch instead of flour. I did not bake the pie. I never had any problems with the pie being runny. I used 2 percent milk for one pie and whole milk for the other.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

The cake portion of this recipe is definitely for the chocolate lover! It is dense, moist and rich in flavor. I was not a fan of the icing. Something about the flavor was off for me. I made the recipe exactly with the exception of using a 13x9x2 inch glass pan. I baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and it came out beautifully.

Banana Muffins II

Very disappointed considering all the rave reviews. I followed the recipe exactly and got a very bland muffin. If I were to make these again I would follow other's suggestions of adding cinammon and nutmeg and maybe another banana or two. The flavor was very muted.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Incredibly easy and good flavor. I used frozen berrries for mine because nothing is in season right now. The only disappointment was the texture. It was a bit spongy and strange. Not likely to make this again as there are better recipes out there.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This was amazing! I did follow the advice of one reviewer. I used beef broth instead of water. I doubled the salad dressing mix and I used a chuck roast. I didn't need to shred the meat as it fell apart on it's own. My hubby raved over it! It was so good!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

I loved this! I should mention that I did cut back on the onions. I used a little less than half the amount required. I could have used more. Next time I will simply half it. I also did not use the bacon because I didn't have it or the parsley. It was still outstanding. Will make again!
