About this Cook
There is not much to say. I have a passion for cooking. I love to ride my Harley all over the country and I love traveling all over the world
My favorite things to cook
Mexican,Cajun and Asian food are my favorite types of dishes to cook. Cooking on a charcol pit is my favorite past time. There is nothing like having a few friends around grilling in the back yard having a few drinks and a good time.
My cooking triumphs
Having a Filipina ask me for my Lumpia recipe
My cooking tragedies
There are no tragedies, just times when you find out how NOT to cook something. But if you want a funny story I'll tell you how I found how Fried Rice is not made. I was 20 and had just moved out on my own. I could barely boil water. I wanted fried rice for dinner. So I heated up a skillet, diced some onions and peppers, and got out my salt, pepper, ginger and soy. Oh yeah, a cup of UNCOOKED rice. I through everything in and started frying. YES, THAT'S HOW NOT TO MAKE FRIED RICE.

G-Street Surprise
Not bad it's OK as is. I added 1oz to the mix and garnished with a slice of Lime. I looked that much better.
