Great tasting meatloaf! I read a ton of reviews and took most all the advice. I kept the milk about the same, upped the bread crumbs to 1 cup, added several cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 c chopped onions and a whole packet of onion soup mix as well. I laid bacon strips across the top of the loaf, baked for about 20 mins, then slathered the sauce on top. I thought the sauce as is was a bit flat, so I added some Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbs yellow mustard, cayenne pepper, chilli powder, and some paprika - I like it to have some kick and a more full bodied barbeque like taste. It turned out fantastic, and I saved some sauce to eat with the meatloaf. Next time I will probably double the sauce, as I only put about 1/2 the sauce on top of the meatloaf to cook and I like lots of sauce :) Will definitely make again!
