Lentil Soup
This is a delicious Lentil soup! My husband commented several times about how good it tasted. I would recommend to others. We did make a few changes however to the recipe because of personal preference. Because we don't cook with alcohol, I substituted the white wine for 3/4 cup more chicken stock. I also grated the onion instead of chopping because our toddlers won't eat chunky veggies in their soup, and I added about two extra cups more lentils then the recipe called for. I think the soup turned out perfectly with out alterations. Thank you Gabriella for sharing!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
All I can say is YUMMY!! Wouldn't change a thing about this pot pie. I used my mom's butter pie crust and it was true comfort food. I love that the cream of mushroom gravy in the recipe is all homemade from simple ingredients. So much healthier then canned cream of mushroom/chicken soup. I will make this again. I would definately recommend for a special dinner because it tastes better right out of the pie dish. Reheated it seemed a little dryer because the crust absorbed much of the sauce but the flavor was still there. This is a keeper and I won't try anything else now that i have the recipe! Thank you soooo much for sharing.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This recipe is EXCELLENT! Perfect blend of flavor. Beats any canned chili I've tried. I wouldn't add or subtract anything. My only suggestion for those who don't like "Spicy" is that they buy mild chili seasoning. I brought a brand that didn't specify whether it was hot, medium or mild and our chili turned out to be quite HOT. I love this recipe and my husband is already asking me to make more and freeze it for his lunches. Yummy!!!!
