Banana Crumb Muffins

This is a great recipe, though I like to turn these into banana chocolate chip muffins, myself. I add chocolate chips to the batter and leave off the crumb topping.

Banana Pudding IV

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

My family has used this recipe for years. It is even better if you make the sauce ahead of time and let the pork chops marinate in the fridge before hand.

Homemade Flour Tortillas

This was a great recipe. It's really easy-it just takes time to roll out the individual tortillas thin enough, at least for someone like me who's just learning to make tortillas.

My husband loves these! I would definitely follow the advice to chill the patties for a bit before you dip them. The only other challenge for me was that the chocolate coating came out really thick. I guess that's not a real negative for most people :)
