I thought this recipe sounded really good but I wanted to try it with chicken instead so I used cubed chicken breast instead of ground beef. After I browned the chicken I added the onions and bell peppers and cooked until they were tender. Meanwhile I mixed the tomatoes, spices(i used extra cumin and added chilli powder), chipotle salsa(instead of chilli sauce), worcestershire and uncooked rice in a 2 qt baking dish then I added the chicken and peppers and onions and cooked for about 45 minutes in the oven with the lid on. Took the lid off added cheese and cooked it for another 10 minutes. It was delicious. I left out the brown sugar and cilantro because neither sounded appealing to me...
