Best Bread Machine Bread
This recipe turned out beautifully. As others have done, I made some adjustments to fit my taste. I did half whole wheat pastry flour and half AP flour (didn't have bread flour on hand) and added 3 tsp of vital wheat gluten to it as well as increasing the amount of salt to 1 1/2 tsp as suggested by another reviewer. It was absolutely delicious!
