A lot of things have happened this year. My husband was told lose some weight and get his cholesterol down ASAP or he's going to have a heart attack in his thirties.
I've gained back all of my 16 lbs I lost last year.
My stress level has soared through the roof as I've been back in school and desperately trying to finish my bachelor's degree with some remnant of sanity and keep from hating my job.
I finally got my post-car accident back pain diagnosed (it only took 2 1/2 years) and now I have relief.
I want to join the Air Force Reserves.
This all demands an action plan. We both need to lose weight. I enjoy cooking, but need guidance on how to cook healthier and completely by what sounds good. I have to get back into shape. I REFUSE to buy more clothes a size bigger.
Today, for the first time in 3 years I began a workout regimen. Today I will begin cooking healthier meal for myself and the man I love.
Today is the beginning of change.
