Southwestern Egg Rolls
These were the best. I had seen them on another site, but had forgotten about them. When I saw them here, I knew I had to try them. I served them with an avocado dipping sauce that's to die for. These really are fantastic!
1/4 c avocado, 1/4 c mayo, 1/4 c sour cream, 1 T buttermilk, 1/8 t each salt, dried parsley, onion powder, 1 1/2 t white vinegar, a dash each of dried dill weed, garlic powder, and pepper. Enjoy!
