Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2004
I made this recipe at a party and it was a hit! The great combination of flavors created a light, tasty appetizer. If you like black olives, you'll love this recipe.

This was very tasty. It smelled delicious with the apples and cinnamon and I couldn't wait to dig in. My dinner guests loved it too. A great side dish for Passover.

Haroset for Passover

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2003
Very simple and very good. I added a bit more honey and sugar since there were a lot of apples. It was so tasty. Good recipe.

Passover Chocolate Torte

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2003
A perfect dessert! Light and chocolatey, and the almonds created a nice texture and flavor. Sprinkle confectioner's sugar on top and slice a few strawberries on top. I will make this recipe again and again.

You can really taste the difference using all fresh ingredients. This was divine! Definitely add the garlic and fresh parmesan and watch it disappear!

Apricot Brisket

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2003
This was my first brisket and aI was nervous, but it was so delicious! I dont have a Dutch oven, so I used a roasting pan and tin foil. I cooked the meat for about 4 - 4 1/2 hours and it came out perfect! Plus the cranberries gave it a nice touch.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2003
Excellent dish!! Only thing I changed was that I used sharp Cheddar cheese instead of American. The croutons gave it a nice crunchy kick. This is a total KEEPER!!

S.O.P.P.

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2003
This was very tasty! I threw in some garlic with the potatoes for added flavor and used a chicken & turkey sausage. It was healthy, delicious and not at all greasy! Unfortunately, there were no leftovers.

Very tasty! A nice light side dish. I used diced Russet potatoes and fresh broccoli instead of frozen, and replaced Swiss cheese with Cheddar...delicious!

Cheese Ball I

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2002
I've never made a cheese ball before, and this turned out great! Everyone loved it. I used about 2/3 of the ranch dressing mix so the flavor wasn't too overpowering. It was a great party dish!

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2002
This was fabulous. I added diced apples and toasted almonds for a bit of a crunch. There was too much salt in the recipe though, so next time I'll cut the amount in half. A keeper for sure!

Baked Basil Fries

Scrumptious! I cooked them until they were crisp and golden! I love that they were low-fat too! I used the excess cheese mixture on some fresh cooked string beans with a few sliced almonds and they were fabulous too!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2002
This was delicious, light and fluffy! To lower the fat and calories a bit, I added 1/4 cup skim milk and used only half the amount of cheese, substituting cheddar for Muenster. I also used fresh spinach and a Roma tomato. Just heavenly!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2002
Nice variation for pasta. The feta really made a difference. I cooked the tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach a bit too long, but it was still very good. Better the next day!

This was surprisingly delicious! I've been looking for a good recipe for tofu, other than stir-fry, and I've found it. Definitely will make this one again. Thanks!

Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry

Reviewed: May 17, 2002
This was a great variation on the usual stir-fry. The orange juice and cashews gave the dish an extra-sweet kick! Next time, I'll add more vegetables, but we were totally satisfied!
