Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Why didn't i found this recipe a long time ago? The chicken was moist,and the flavors were quite unique and delicious and its so easy to prepare that my 11 year old made it by herself! I will definitely make this dish in the future!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

This is the best recipe. My whole (extended) family loves it and expects it every Christmas (red and green). Thank you Jamie for this recipe, I use toasted pinenuts instead of almonds but thats just a personal choice, either works wonderful. Other than that, I do not change it in any way. Perfect salad! Yum!

Angel Chicken Pasta

For some reason....this just didnt click for us. It was good, but not great. Maybe its me, and I did something wrong, but it was to salty and....I dunno....I guess boring comes to mind. DH didnt like it. I'm just dissapointed after all the great reviews, maybe if it was not built up so much, I would have been more impressed.

London Broil II

I have been using this marinade for three years now and we still love it! I like London Broil because it is an inexpensive and lean cut of meat, and this marinade makes it taste wonderful. I usually take recipes and tweek them a little to my own taste....this does not need any tweeking in my opinion, it is one of the few recipes I follow exactly every time. Excellent! Thanks so much for this recipe!

Puttanesca or Kalamata Kwik Sauce

We had to make this sauce after reading and watching the "Series of Unfortunate Events." This was a great recipe, very quick and easy. My kids and everyone loved it, and it was extra fun for the kids after hearing about it in the book. I did add one can of tomato sauce just to give it a litte more body (and hide the fresh tomatos from my older daughter who only eats tomato sauce and not tomatos). I also added only a small pinch of ground red pepper...just enough zing without burning little palets. It was great!

Diana's Hawaiian Bread Rolls

Wow! These were SO good. I will make these again (and again...and again....). I followed what other reviewers did and substituted honey for the molasses and almond extract for the lemon.
