I am new to sauces and found this recipe easy to follow, however, I rated it 4 stars due to the following: I found the sauce too rich in flour. In the future, I would not add 3 tablespoons of flour. I found it too thick and dense. Also, it was rather bland (I imagine the creator may have done so on purpose to allow for customization, but it was lacking "something"). Lastly, there way WAY too much sauce for even a half a package of noodles. I will make this again, but definitely change things quite a bit.

This was my very first bread recipe EVER and I must say I am very pleased with the result. I read all the helpful suggestions before adjusting the ingredients to about 5 1/4 cups of flour and I proofed the yeast with honey. I added extra salt, but I think it would have been better with the original 1 1/2 tsp rather than 2. My kneading skills are non existent and what I know of t came from watching Little Women, the movie. yet, I think I did phenomenally thanks to this great recipe.!
