Pumpkin Pie III
I've made this version with molasses all my life, my family doesn't consider it "real" without it. The only things I add are 1/4 tsp each ground cloves and mace. Fat Free or Low Fat eval milk works just as well and no one seems to notice the difference.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
This was easy and delicious. I didn't have any Worcestershire to my dismay, but I deglazed the skillet with a couple splashes of red wine and also added mushrooms. My (former chef) boyfriend, whom I never quite measure up to in the cooking department, said he'd eat it again in a heartbeat.

Marble Cake I
We really liked this. I used dark cocoa and thought the chocolate flavor was subtle but delicious, kind of like a german chocolate. I did add the extra 1/4 C of sugar as others suggested and added a bit extra oil and milk. It was a dense cake, but moist. I should have used a deep dish pie plate because it overflowed -- but the overflow actually baked perfectly and tasted great too!
