Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions
I loved this recipe. I do a lot of stir frying. To save time I always buy the thin cut beef strips then I use my meat tenderizer on them, pounding the heck out of them. You can use any vegetables in this and it is always great. I do cut back on the sugar, like others have suggested.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
First...NEVER thicken soups with flour. Use instant mashed potatoes instead. This is a great soup although I left out the Ham and like I said...thickened with instant mashed potatoes. Thisken to taste. Get to thick just add more milk. To thin...add more instant potatoe flakes. This is the only way I make potato soup.

Orange Chicken Stir Fry
This is agreat recipe, even when you forget to add some things to it like I did. I forgot the garlic, brown sugar, salt, zest and bean sprouts.(did not need the salt) I did add sliced carrots and sweet bell pepper. Pineapple chunks with the chicken and the sauce would have been great too. This is a recipe you just can't go wrong with. I served this over Basmatic Rice.
