Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These are probably the best snickerdoodles I've ever made. I didn't have shortening, so I went straight butter and I didn't have cream of tartar, so I used 3 tsp of baking powder instead of the tartar and baking soda, but they were still fluffy and soft with a cinnamon-sugar crunch on the outside. So amazing. Thank you for this recipe.

Authentic Chicken Tikka Masala
Great recipe! Tons of flavor, tons of spice and great with chicken and pork. I used pork chops, and they ended out a little tough, but they may have been freezer burned. Also didn't have time to marinade for 2 hours, so I think it only marinated 45 minutes, but still super tasty. Served with couscous, so good!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This is sinfully delicious! I used it with chicken and simmered the chicken covered with the marinade for 20 minutes, it was so moist and delicious! Making this one again.
