This was so good! I used shells instead of alphabet noodles and provolone instead of the Parmesan cheese. My fiance said the texture of the meatballs was wonderful! I added some paprika, and garlic powder for extra zing. I love that you can add so many different ingredients to this soup and it will still be really good. Thanks! Will make again soon.

Baked Ziti I

My fiance absolutely loved this dish! He even got thirds! I used ricotta cheese instead of sour cream and it was perfect. I thought the recipe called for too much sauce but it turned out perfect. I would definitely pour the sauce over the noodles as others have suggested. I put the provolone slices on top of the sauce mixture and then put dollops of ricotta cheese here and there. It was wonderful! Thank you so much.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

My fiance loved this soup!! It came out better than expected! He wants it to be added to the list of meals we regularly have. I used chicken stock instead of water and the chicken bouillon cubes. I also added some extra veggies and a dash of cayenne pepper, but this was a terrific recipe! Will be making this again soon.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

This is the perfect pulled pork recipe! I used 3.5 pounds of inexpensive pork cuts and added some extra BBQ sauce before serving. My fiance raved about how good this was! Will be definitely making this again.

Buttery Corn Bread

This recipe was fabulous! It really is a good starting point for your "own" cornbread recipe. I reduced the amount of sugar (since my fiance doesn't like a really sweet cornbread) and did half and half of cornmeal and flour to give it less of a cake-like consistency. I made this with homemade chili and it was perfect! Will be making again soon. Thank you!

Fudge

The was so good and super easy to make! I used milk instead of the semi-sweet chocolate chips as other reviewers had suggested. Made it for my fiance for Valentine's Day and he loved it!! He said it was just like his Granny's. I will be making this again!

Texas Cowboy Stew

This was really good! Halved the recipe yield and used ground venison and homemade venison sausage. I left out the frozen veggies as it was already a lot! My fiance really loved it. Had just the right amount of "kick". Will make it next time with cornbread. Thank you!!!
