Puffs
I followed the advice of some of the other reviewers and beat my eggs before adding to the dough. I then baked at 450 degrees for 10 minutes before reducing the temp. to 350 for 15 minutes more. the turned out great. I spooned them a little large and only got 12 puffs but overall a very good recipe.

Spiced Pot Roast
This recipe turned out excellently. Wonderful flavor, and looked nice. My wife was not a fan of the raisins that plumped as the roast cooked; however, she said that it was still really good and the kids loved it as well. Will make again with perhaps a substitute for the raisins.

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes
I have tried this recipe twice. The first time as written and the second time with a mix of potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion. Both times it turned out excellent. Everyone in the family loved it, even the picky ones. We will be enjoying again soon.
