Slow Cooker Roast Beef

I Love this recipe! Great meal for the fall and winter months. I also used low sodium soy sauce. I have cooked for 22 hrs and 8-10 hrs. It is very versatile that way. Add some carrots, potatoes and peas for a great meal. Leftovers make wonderful tacos, burritos! Best gravy ever!

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

We grew up on this! Just love it! A family favorite. I put the beef in the butter and cook for a few minutes then add the flour. We have served it over Mash Pot, Baked Pot, Biscuits and of course toast. Had it every Sunday Morning growing up. We also called it SOS, *&^% on a shindle! My father in law says he called it four skins on toast! Breakfast or dinner it is Great!
