Cranberry Zucchini Bread

My family loved this bread. I made a few adjustments. I cut the oil to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup applesauce, added another 1/2 cup of zucchini, and added 1/2 cup more cranberries. It was great!

Sweet Corn Tomalito

My family loved this! I was a bit suprised with the cooking method but it cooked right up and didn't creat a mess. It was a fun addition to our dinner.

Beefy Manicotti

This was great! I used 1/2 hamburger and 1/2 sausage and doubled the recipe. As other reviews have sugged, I used a bottled sauce. This is very filling and good!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

This is a great, quick, and simple recipe using cans from the pantry! I think it is great as is, however I may try the dash of lime juice just for fun next time. What a treat!

Basic Fondue

We enjoyed this recipe. We dipped chips, bread, pear, apples, ham, and carrots. It was a great new recipe. Thanks for the suggestion of the beer, I will try it next time.

Hot Crab Dip

Great recipe! I took others advise and added garlic and horseradish. We dipped carrots, ham, chips, bread, apples, and pears. Thanks for the keeper!!!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
