Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2014
I had some Key Lime Pillsbury cake mix that was about to expire and didn't want cake. This did the trick. I only used 1 egg, based on another reviewer's recommendation. The cookies baked with just the slightest crunch on the outside and were fluffy and soft in the inside. I ended up baking for about 15 minutes at 350 though.

Miss Betty's Super Quick Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2014
So easy and so good. We wanted rolls with dinner, but had very little on hand and these were perfect. They're more like biscuits. I was out of self-rising flour, so did the baking powder substitution and we didn't have regular mayo so used Miracle Whip. I mixed everything together with the milk and added 2 slices of crumbled up Colby-Jack, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. I spooned it into 6 muffin spots on my tin and baked for 9 minutes at 450°. To brown the tops a bit I broiled them for a couple minutes. They came out slightly crispy on the outside and chewy but not raw on the inside. Just right. So easy and with some additions, so dang good! Thank you!

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
I squeezed out the tofu block between two plates, then cut it and froze for 30 minutes. After that, I dipped the pieces in flour, egg, and then crumbs and baked for 15 minutes on each side at 350 degrees (total of 30 min). Then put some sauce on the bottom of the square pan, added breaded tofu, cheese, and repeated the layering. 20 minutes at 400 and they were done and delicious. They really tasted and felt like breaded cheese and my wife and I loved it! Thanks for the recipe!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
Pretty darn easy and turned out amazing. I added about 9 mushrooms, diced, to the sauce since I was omitting the chicken. Other than that, I stuck to the recipe and will say it's one of my favorite things I've ever made.
