I love making soups! Since I work, one pot meals and slow cooker meals are recipes I am constantly on the search for. Never have been a baker so quick and easy deserts are right up my alley.

Making cookies during the pre- Christmas holiday as a family. Everyone in the kitchen during Thanksgiving dinner preparation.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice
This couldn't be any quicker to make. Added paprika & cumin as others did to the browning chicken (used Tyson diced frozen chicken -- so easy!) Followed remainder of recipe as is and found it a little bland. Could be due to the mild salsa I used. So I added 2 tsp diced jalapeno, 1 tbsp Cilantro and 10 drops Tobasco. Now we're talkin'. Decided I would throw in a can of diced tomatoes in the juice and a can of rinsed corn as others did. It is now delicious and with just enough of a kick -- not too spicy. Going to serve corn bread on the side.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
Excellent and very tasty! We are a family of 4 so I halved the recipe which worked very well. There was plenty of marinade to cover 4 medium-sized steaks. We will be using this marinade again!

Try this...use only 1 can cream of mush and use 1 can cream of celery in a saucepot. Add 1-1/2 cans milk to thin out & heat through. Here's the clincher...ad 10 slices velveeta (melts better than cheddar) and to top it off...add 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles! Dump it into the drained noodles and I'm telling you...was Yum-yum! My picky son loved it and hubby ate seconds!
