Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

These really were actually delicious being my first time trying turkey burgers. I did everything as directed in the recipe but used a whole egg, not just the whites, and added some worcestershire sauce. My family loved them, and I think that if I hadn't made them myself, I wouldn't have even realized they weren't actually real hamburgers.

Garlic Chicken

I used this recipe in chicken parmesan. It was excellent, especially for those that don't like chicken with a lot of breading. The only changes I made were to marinate the chicken in the oil mixture for a while, and add a few favorite seasonings to the crumb mixture. I did fry the chicken in the leftover oil mixture for a few minutes on each side since I was making chicken parmesan and would be baking it in sauce.

No Bake Cookies I

This recipe makes the cookies just like I remember. However I only added about 2 cups of the oatmeal and upped the peanut butter to about 3/4 cup. I also boiled the mixture for 2 1/2 minutes.

Maple Sausage Balls

Japanese Chicken Wings

These were delicious. Even though thin, I thought the sauce was perfect for this dish. It really does taste like something you'd get from a Japanese or Chinese restaurant.
