Baked Pork Chops I

this was very good but my husband doesn't like cream of mushroom soup so i substituted it with cream of asparagus and had asparagus on the side for our veggie, so tasty!!!

yumm!!! my husband hates breakfast foods, but he loved this. if you don't like lemon, just use powdered sugar and maple syrup. very good!!!

Grilled Poblano Pepper and Mango Quesadillas

I wasn't sure how these were going to turn out because i don't like mangos, but they were good and my husband loved them too. We have been looking for a good poblano recipe because we have a poblano plant. and we found it!!!

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

this was so good! my husband and i loved it. i think next time i will use 3 serrano peppers instead of 5, it was so hot. also, i only had boneless chicken breasts and it tasted great. i saved the onions and garlic from the chicken broth for an extra garnish, so tasty!

Broccoli, Corn, and Green Bean Saute

this recipe was awesome, so easy! i have the hardest time getting my one year old to eat vedgetables, and she gobbled this right up. one time i made this and didn't have feta, so i used swiss cheese and it was good that way as well.
