The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Very tasty! I used ground turkey instead of beef, I had to add a little extra bread to soak up some of the moisture and didn't use any milk. Wonderful recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
This was so delish! I boiled the chicken in chicken broth and then after shredding it, I soaked it in the broth for a minute and then added the chicken to the soup. The blue cheese made this soup. Even my friend who doesn't like soup, ate 2 bowls!

This was pretty good! I added some cooked broccoli to it, and that really made the meal.

Chelsea's Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
These are so yummy. I always want to like enchiladas and I am always disappointed because they never taste like these! Such a wonderful and easy recipe. If you want to make it a bit less fatning, don't add the cheese to the sauce and just add it to the top. But the origional recipe is so tasty! It's also great to buy a rotisserie chicken and shred it for the sauce, then you don't have to boil chicken!

This is such a yummy casserole. My whole family loves it! We try to make it a little healthier by using whole wheat bread. Soo yummy!

Brown Sugar Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This is such a yummy and easy recipe that takes 5 minutes to prepare and even the kids love it! You can make it healthier by adding less butter. Still delish! We have also had it over quinoa instead of rice and it's wonderful!

The only chocolate chip cookies worth eating

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This is the the best chocolate chip cookie recipe. These are sooooo good! These are firm yet chewy, and they aren't flat cookies. So incredibly good! Follow the recipe exactly!

Italian pot roast

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This has a mistake in it. You are supposed to use a packet of Italian dressing seasoning and sprinkle half of it over the roast, and then the other half over the veggies on top of the roast.

Sweet and Spicy Green Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2010
This is my new favorite veggie side dish. YUMMM! I did it mostly the same but I didn't have garlic chili sauce, so I used hot pepper sauce with extra garlic and I used olive oil instead of canola to make it healthier. Sooo good! I even used this as a stir fry sauce over veggies and steak the other day and it was delish!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
I should have listened to everyone else and added some salt or something. I think I will add them to spaghetti sauce for dinner tonight because there is no point in eating them plain.

Teriyaki Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Oh my god, this is so delish! I used fresh grated ginger and some white wine (pino grigio) because I didn't have sherry. So good. I just boiled rice and veggies and poured this over the top, incredible.

Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This was delish! I had a half of an onion in the fridge I needed to use, so I minced it up and used it instead of the dried onion. It was great, even my mushroom hating husband liked it.

Manhattan Clam Chowder II

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
Wow, this is a great clam chowder recipe. The people who thought it was bland must have done something wrong because this has TONS of flavor. I followed the recipe but added another can of clams and an extra can of tomatoes. Great recipe!

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

Delish! Thanks for sharing; I didn't know how these would turn out because I have never made bread or rolls before. They turned out great! I could have used a tad more flour though. Thanks!

I didn't care for these. My husband liked them, but I could only eat them if I drenched them in sauce.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
I thought this was a great frosting. I usually like butter in my cream cheese frosting because I like the sweet/salty flavor, but this is just great. I read a review saying it was too runny, I didn't have a problem with that at all, if it is too runny, you probably didn't whip the cream enough. I whipped it until it was quite thick just so I could pipe it, and it piped great for me. I will definitly use this recipe again.

Heavenly White Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
Oh wow, I'm eating a sliver of this cake right now and it is delightful! I'm not a huge cake fan, but wow! This is amazing. I'm having a baby shower tonight and needed a white cake that I could put blue food coloring in (its a boy) and I think I picked the right cake. Delish. Now I am going to put white frosting on it and so when people cut in, it will be bright blue inside! I also followed the other people's advice and added an extra 1/2 cup milk and made the meringue at the end. Amazing cake.
