Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2004
This is so easy and quick - I used prepared Italian Bread Crumbs and fresh grated Parmesan Cheese and then lightly sprayed olive oil on top.

Braised Artichokes with Capers and Parsley

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2003
This was absolutely fantastic. I made it with baby artichokes that the grocery store had on sale (because no one knew what to do with them). It was very easy. I served it over pasta and grated Parmesan cheese over it.

Basil Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2004
I mixed zucchini, red pepper and mushrooms in the marinade and cooked it all in a grill basket. I stirred it a few times as it was cooking. I also didn't use any of the melted butter in the recipe and it was delicious!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2005
very easy - turned out great! I made them for my daughter's wedding. If you make them ahead of time, be sure you have enough refridgerator space because they do need refridgeration if not used within a couple of hours.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2003
This was a great icing for decorating. Easy to make and tasty. Dried hard so I could stack the cookies. Revised 2009 - I also had to add more milk - flavor is a little raw.

Chicken Jalfrezi

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2004
I loved this recipe! It had a little warmth to it, but not too much. I used only 1 Tbsp oil and no Ghee to cut back the fat grams and I didn't miss it. Served it with basmati rice and cauliflower with fresh nutmeg.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2004
My husband. who is a very picky eater liked this. I liked it a lot. I didn't use the cayenne because he doesn't like things too hot and this was just about right for him. I didn't think I would like the cinnamon, but after the chili simmered for 20 minutes, it was much better

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
My crust did not come out very crisp, but my friend's did when she made it. The only difference we could figure was that she used pizza pans with holes in them. If you make 2 pizzas and eat 1/3 of one crust the WW point value is 6. It also takes 1 hr 45 min (total) to rise)

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2004
Everyone loves this salad. I too use less dressing and have made the dressing using splenda instead of sugar.

Red Velvet Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2002
The cake was very moist and dense. The second time I made it I doubled the cocoa. But I had trouble with the frosting. It tasted good, but I made the recipe twice and boh times the frosting had little lumps in it. I tried creaming the cream cheese and instant pudding together before I added the milk but it didn't seem to help. I did, however, like the flavour.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2002
I cooked thighs and I thought they came out somewhat dry. I started it at 7 am and ate at 5:30. I will try againwith a whole chicken and not cook as long (if I can find someone to turn on the Crock Pot after I go to work.)

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2004
This was okay, but nothing to rave about. The pork turned out a little dry. Maybe I cooked it too long.

Grace's Honey Cakes

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2003
This was very gloppy and messy. No one in my family liked it. I will not make this again.
