Easy Chicken Casserole
This was a good base for a wonderful meal. I added pasta. I used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom soup. I added 1 tsp. garlic salt, mushrooms, 1/3 cup milk, the onion and the soups with the cooked pasta...tossed it all together and then topped with the crackers mixed with melted butter. Took it out after 15 minutes of baking, topped it with lots of cheddar cheese and finished baking for another 15 minutes. GREAT

Tuna Melts
I have made this several times...each time different. I love the availability of change in this recipe. When I made this according to the recipe, I did not like the amount of mayo. So I made it again with half the mayo. I have made this with salmon, garlic powder and creole seasoning added...bake and then top with more cheese. this recipe is a keeper for sure.

Classic Goulash
My Husband asked me tonight if I would make something I had not made in years. When he started mentioning the ingredients, I told him "that is Goulash"...I just looked at it on Allrecipes and have it printed out. I hadn't made this for many years and am so thankful to you for posting it. When I moved to VA from Arkansas I made this quite often, but when I went back to driving a tractor-trailer I no longer cooked very often, so I am so glad I have this recipe to use again. This can be custom made for everyone, just by adding green peppers or anything else. I do add a bit of sugar, but other than that IT IS GREAT! THANKS...
