Apple Pie Filling
The recipe is great. There's something wrong with the formula because I did 18 cups of apples and I only got 2 PIES!! And, they're not very full pies either! The flavor is delicious though. I took the apples and froze them in pie plates to keep the shape and make it easy for me later.

Unstuffed Cabbage Dinner
This was so easy and delicious. Even my 7 year old liked it. I had to make a couple substitutions because of what I had in the pantry. I used dry vegetable soup mix, some sauce instead of V8, and instant brown rice.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
GREASY!! Way too much butter. It ended up greasy and soggy. It was SO HEAVY and rib sticking- not in a good way. It left me ill. Also, for a family of 4, this recipe is WAY TOO much. I don't normally bread my chicken and prefer it on the grill but thought this would be different. It's just so unhealthy you can feel it sitting in your stomach, ugh. Maybe would be better with an egg wash and 1/4 of the breading and NO BUTTER. Also, if you insist on still making this, I suggest more garlic- it was fairly bland.
