Janine's Best Banana Bread

Very good! It may be a little more bland than i was wanting but a little bit of vanilla or an extra banana could have fixed that easily. Still very yummy!

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

Went over VERY well with my family! Even my 2-year-old is on her second leg! She never eats that much. We did not do the maple syrup, and I again will not. This is going to become a regular meal at our house. YUM!

Bow Tie Tuna Florentine

Very yummy dish. It was a little hard to get my children to eat, but once they began it went over well. My husband suggested trying it with Chicken next time, so maybe we will. All in all very good!

Easy Spinach Lasagna with White Sauce

I felt like this was pretty bland. The kids did seem to like it, but I just couldn't get over how bland it was. If I make it again Ill be putting in a bunch of garlic and look at other recipes to see what spices they put in. I also will cook my noodles first I did not like the texture of the noodles

Shrimp Scampi III

Needs more garlic. I did not discard mine. I minched 4 cloves rather than slicing 2 and it was still pretty weak for the garlic. I will use closer to 6-8 next time. Overall crowd pleaser

Steff's Shepherd Pie

add salt, pepper, ceyenne pepper, garlic powder and steak seasoning to the hamburger. Saute the onions with some mushrooms otherwise it is extremely bland.
