Elegant Pork Chops

Awesome... simply awesome. Easy to prepare. Family loved it. Not even so much as a grain of rice left over. This recipe is a keeper for sure!

Rhubarb Cherry Pie

This is an amazing pie! If you like strawberry rhubarb pie, you will like cherry rhubarb, too. It was quick, easy and everyone loved it so much I had to make a second pie the next day.

I used some leftover turkey instead of chicken and added a few jalapenos. The results were terrific! It was a fantastic way to use up the turkey. Everyone in the family enjoyed the leftovers for once.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

I have been using this recipe for over a year now, both with just wings and with legs & thighs. It is a GREAT recipe! It has become a standard for family gatherings. To get the chicken to caramelize, I poor off the excess liquid for the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Great recipe for a perfect winter "comfort food." I doubled the recipe and we had it for breakfast, too! I used leftover rice and it came out perfect.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made this cake for my "chocoholic" father's birthday. He loved it. The family loved it. Everyone wants to know when I am going to make it again! I can see why this is an award-winning recipe - it's easy AND delicious!

Caramel Popcorn

Recipe is very easy and the results are fantastic! I have been using this recipe for several years now and I get rave reviews each year. I do add peanuts and broken pretzels sometimes to add a little more pizzazz when it is a gift. Clean-up is very easy if you use hot water - the sticky candy just melts off the pans.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

All the adjectives I would have used to describe how much we enjoyed this dish have been already used! I tested this recipe yesterday and to say the least, it was a hit. I added carrots and potatoes and they were great. I think that this recipe would work equally well for beef stew.
