Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

This was absolutely delicious! One of the very best dinners I've made from the website. I highly recommend trying this. No modifications necessary.

Simple but delicious. I really liked the addition of basil, but the lemon and olive oil gives the fish plenty of flavor. We steamed some broccoli on the side as I love the broccoli/salmon combo. Enjoy!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

This recipe was delicious! It didn't taste exactly like the fried rice you'd get at a Chinese restaurant, but it was much less greasy. Also, it was extremely easy too cook, which is always a plus.

Spicy Chicken Breasts

One of the best dinners I've made on AllRecipes. I turned it into a spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The only things I added were sliced mozzerella cheese on a dutch crunch roll with a little mayo. So Good!

French Spring Soup

Soup was only ok. The veggies were fine, but the broth tasted like watered down heavy cream (which it is). I probably won't make this again, but if I do, I'll go with chicken broth instead or water (and less cream).

Mushroom Chicken Piccata
