Easy Cajun Jambalaya

This recipe was delicious! However, my jambalaya wasn't the normal "dirty" color you typically see....oh well!

Mushroom Chicken Piccata

This recipe was delicious! The chicken was so nice and juicy! However, it could have used some more sauce. I served it with orzo, garlic bread and a green salad. Yum!

Penne Rosa with Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This dish was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it. Pair it with a salad and buttered french bread and you've got a perfect meal.
