Creamy Burger Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2014
I thought this was pretty good but my boyfriend absolutely loved it. I took the advice from the reviews on Campbell's website and used Alfredo sauce w/bacon and canned diced tomatoes. Had a little trouble getting the biscuits to cook on the bottom so next time I will bake them separately and then add them.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2012
I'm not a huge fan of frosting, so I personally give these about 3 stars but everyone I gave them to thought they were amazing so that's why I'm giving them 5 stars. I gave them as christmas gifts in tins and they looked great and everyone thought I put a lot more work into them than I did. :) I made the following combos: strawberry/strawberry frosting, red velvet/cream cheese frosting, devil's food/chocolate frosting, chocolate/chocolate frosting & peanut butter, french vanilla/vanilla frosting and crushed oreos. I found that covering them in bark coating was MUCH easier than melted chocolate and I froze them overnight before coating to keep them from falling apart. Thanks for a great recipe!

These were delicious but a little unruly to roll.

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
I made this in the oven as some reviewers suggested and while it was very moist there wasn't a whole lot of beer flavor. Still very good though.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
OMG! This is amazing. I followed most other reviews and doubled the topping. I also added 1/2tsp of nutmeg to the apples. I didn't add any water because my apples slices had been sitting in water with lemon juice while dinner was cooking and the water left on the apples after draining was plenty. I will be making this on a regular basis.

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
I absolutely LOVE this dish. I'm the only person in the house and leftovers usually get thrown away but I ate all of this over several days. I even took it to work and it reheated really well in the microwave. I am definitely going to make it again and try some of the variations that others came up with.

Herbed Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
Made this corn with smothered chicken breasts and creamy twice baked potatoes from this site. My 11 year old boy cousin ate every bit of this before he even started on the rest of his plate. Now that's amazing!!!

The Ultimate Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
Excellent recipe with a little bit of personal tweaking depending on taste. I made it exactly as directed and it was delicious but next time I will try using one can less of beans and maybe more ground beef.

Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
I tweaked this a little for my taste. I used small red potatoes that I quartered and placed in a large ziploc bag with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt and pepper. I let it sit on the counter for about 30 minutes and then spread on a foil lined baking sheet. Cooked for about 40 minutes at 450, stirring a couple of times to get all sides browned. They turned out great.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
I used a mustard based "South Carolina" style bbq sauce because that's my favorite. I used 18oz. because that was the size of the bottle but followed the rest of the recipe. I cooked it on low for 4 hours, shredded the chicken and returned it to the sauce, and cooked 2 more hours on low. I used a little flour to thicken the sauce. This was delicious with a nice little kick to it. I will definitely make this again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Made these for a bake sale at work and they were a huge hit and the first item to sell out. I've been getting requests to make these again from everyone.

Cuban Ropa Vieja

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
Tried on high fo 4 hours and beef wasn't even close to shredding. Turned down to low for another four and that did the trick. Very easy but didn't have quite enough flavor which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Will definitely make again and try to find a way to kick up the flavor.
