White Chocolate Holiday Cookies

These are delicious!! I did use all margerine because I didnt have any shortening. I dont think that would change the flavor or the recipe so Im still giving it 5 stars!! Great flavor!!

Zucchini in Sour Cream Sauce

There are not enough stars to rate how delicious this is!! I used just yellow summer squash since that is what i had. Doubled the sauce recipe and followed it exactly. Will be making this many more times!! Thanks so much update ..... I made this tonight with carrots instead of zucchini ... it was good but missing something. I also made it using veg. boullion with the zucchini was no flavor lost! (have made this 3 times in 2 weeks ... that tells ya how good this is :) )

Classic Macaroni Salad

This is fantastic!! The only thing I changed was the sugar. I doubled everything in the sauce except the sugar. and it was plenty for a double batch of sauce. Added eggs, tomato, cuccumber, green pepper red onion and sharp cheddar cheese (goes nice against the sweet) Hopefully the people at our family gathering will like it as much tomorrow as I do tonight! Thanks for a great recipe!!

Easy Coconut Macaroons

These were perfect. I doubled the recipe. Used 1/2 c. flour (for a double recipe) and just half the corn starch. I beat the 2 whole eggs til frothy before folding them in. did not spread one bit. and look and taste perfect! This is a keeper!

Cheeseburger Buns

Rating this recipe on the dough. It was perfect as is written. I did add slightly a bit more flour. but was during the kneading process. I filled it with seasoned taco meat and cheese sprinkled a touch of cayenne pepper on the tops. Also filled with salami and cheese and pepperoni and cheese. sprinkled a bit of parmasean cheese on the top. Family gobbled them up.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

I used canned fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic. but I think i should have added another clove. I did not have wine so i omitted that when I made this. But I must say this was fantastic!! I made home made pizza with this sauce. and also boiled up a bit of pasta since i didnt want pizza. It was so good. and so so so simple!! No more jars for me :)

Angel Chicken Pasta

This is a FIVE star recipe. But since I changed the wine to chicken broth It wouldnt be fair for me to give it a 5 after changing one of the ingredients. I have had this cooking in my crock pot on low for about 5 hours. Just had to give it a taste! WOW it is deliscious!! I have a few girlfriends coming over so I wanted something simple but tasty. And I definately made the right choice!!! When I first made the sauce it was a little to salty (probably from the broth) but after cooking for a few hours the chicken juices thinned it out just enough to balance the salt. Is a keeper for sure!!!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

these were a huge hit. The only change i had to make was using a diced half an onion instead of the onion powder . i was out. I sauteed it with the mushroom stems and garlic. Were gone in no time!! Thank you :)

Egg Noodles

I make ham and noodles every time i have left over ham from holiday dinner. these are perfect in the boiled ham bone juice/water. I only let them dry about 30 minutes on the counter. They take in all the flavor of the broth and just make it fantastic. Thank you

Cake Balls

Great recipe!! I dont use a full tub of frosting I think its just a little to wet. maybe 3/4 is best. Weve tried all kinds of combinations now and these are always a hit and the first to go off the dessert tray.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

Made this for super bowl party for 100 people. Used a half of breast for each portion sliced and put the ham and cheese inside. But followed the recipe exactly. This was the hit of all the food that was served that day!! I truely thank you for this. It was easy and just perfect! 10 stars

Delicious Apple Sauce

I just made this today after apple picking this weekend I have a lot to use up. I loved the directions for this and the ingredients. But I did go by other reviewers and decreased the water cinn. and sugar. just added it little bits at a time til it tasted just right. I used 6 apples different varieties as they were almixed together in the bag. Thanks for the original concept. Will be making this again

Marshmallow Fondant

Had alot of fun with this recipe. The humidity was very high. I froze the cake before i covered it. When i brought it out and put the fondant on it everything started sweating from the humidity. I was worried it would melt but in the end the sweating gave the fondant a nice shiny look (looked like i meant to do it) It was SUPER easy to work with. took gel food coloring beautifully. I will use this again many many times!! Thank you

Braciola I

This was wonderful!! The pounding of the meat took some time. but it was worth it. Used a round steak that was cut already into 6 pieces. I didnt add the raisins (personal preference) But everything else in the recipe was done as written. including cooking time. The meat was super tender and flavorful. This will definately be added to the monthly menu :) thanks for a great recipe.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

These are fabulous!! Just made them for superbowl sunday!! I did what another reviewer suggested. i rolled the chocolate into balls while the peanutbutter chilled in the fridge.then rolled the peanut butter mix into balls. Used my thumb to make a hole for the peanubutter part. dropped it in and closed it up . Rolled in sugar before flattening. which make them a bit crispier on the outside. and soft n chewy on the inside. Just Perfect!

Slow Cooker Ham

Made this for dinner last night. It was very juicy and tender. But it didnt have that pop that I thought it might . I added a can of drained pineapple just att he end to heat them through. Was expecting something a bit more i think . with all the rave reviews. I will cook this way again . But next time I think it needs some spices. ir maybe even just a bit of mustard. Was just ok . ty
