As a kid I learned to cook with the Joy of Cooking circa 80's. I started at age 9 years and my love for cooking only gains in passion! I was a foodie before the term was coined. I miss the food network but still watch all the cooking shows I can. I have 3 kids, married to a Dutchman and living in the Netherlands. Roast and BBQ's because people always love it! I also love to make sauces, that is my speciality. Comfort food's, slow cooking... Sunday dinners my sauces, salad dressings I have a knack for it! oh my first was when at age 11 I made chocolate Mousse and I did not know about tempering the eggs, ended up with scrambled eggs and chocolate mess. There are more but hey that is what makes it fun to create!
