Slow Cooker Ham

I made this for Easter dinner. It was great!!! I used a 9.5 pound spiral cut, hickory smoked ham. I took the advice of all the other reviewers and put the slow cooker on low for 5 hours. An hour before the ham was done, I poured the juice over the top and injected it into the ham. My husband said it reminded him of when he was a child going to the "pot luck" dinners when all the "ladies" could cook! Thank you for this recipe.

Oven-Roasted Potatoes

AWESOME!!!! Every time I make this dish, I can't believe how good it is!!!! I follow the directions and don't add anything. I do spray the pan with cooking spray though... but other than that.... all I can say is AWESOME!!!!

Slow-Cooked Round Steak

This is a great recipe! I substituted Cream of Celery soup for the Mushroom because my husband is allergic to mushrooms. I used two cans of soup, thanks to another review, and added 1/2 can of water with the soup. My husband LOVED this! The meat was tender and there was plenty of gravy for our mashed potatoes! Wonderful!
