I like to cook using organic food items, as much as possible. I grow many of my own herbs and especially love to use the freshest herbs when cooking. You really can taste the difference! I like to cook healthy, but also love a great steak or Italian food with a really good glass of red wine. Practice yoga daily and do pilates a couple times a week. Most interested in overall healthy living and lifestyle.

I like to try new things. I prefer easy, but healthy recipes for a slow cooker when I am busy working during the week. I like to have fun and experiment on the weekends.
