Caramel Frosting V

I reviewed the recipe and can't figure out what happened, but I had to add 2 cups of powdered sugar and the frosting was still very runny. I'll try it again but I'll have a back up plan this time.

This was an easy to mix recipe and the consistency was perfect. It makes a very generous amount, so plan on leftovers...For cookies maybe!

Ground Nut Stew

Very simple and tasty dish. The peanut butter I used seemed a bit dry, so I did have to thin it out with some chicken broth. Liked it even better the second day. This would be good with a bit of curry powder also, giving it a Thai flavor.

Cream Soup Base

Lisa's Best Ever Garlic Bread

3 ingredients! Toasty, yummy garlicky goodness! Absolutely foolproof. This is exactly like the bread my husband's family used to make with all their BBQs. Now I we can do it too! Awesome!

My nine year old granddaughter followed this recipes with very little supervision. The tortillas turned out excellent! Now I have to convince her she can double the recipe with the same results!

Classic Caramel Corn

We love this stuff! My only word of caution is that if you have an oven that bakes hot, watch this very carefully. I managed to scorch one batch. No worries... The dog said it very tasty!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Agave and Spicy Mustard

The glaze for the sprouts is delicious. It goes well over any roasted veggie. I combined Brussel sprouts, asparagus, red bell pepper, onion and a bit of garlic. My husband who swears he doesn't like either Brussel sprouts or asparagus went back for seconds. I will use this often. Made my kitchen smell YUMMMMMY! Thanks for sharing.

Yellow Clooney Cake

I was making a 3 layer cake, so thought this would be perfect. Sorry to say the cake was (as noted by others) very dry. Having read the reviews, I even brushed the layers with simple syrup. It was so dry that it absorbed the buttercream and mango curd in between the layers. Knowing this, I'll tweak the recipe next time, using less baking powder and either baking at 325 degrees or using less baking time. In spite of the dryness, my coworkers happily chowed down on... After all, cake is cake!
