Peanut Butter Balls III

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
Absolutely wonderful. Made it for Christmas cookie platters and everyone loved it. I added more peanut butter and made them smaller. I had more then a 100 of them. Will make it again and I will keep this recipe, this is the end of my peanut butter balls recipe search. Thanks!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
Very good pumpkin cakes. For me they are not cookies , a bit to sweet, but very good. It is my first time making them and first batch came our too runny, then a TBS of flour made it perfect. Baked them for 10-12 min. Also made them as pumpkin cupcakes and it was a hit! Great recipe! Will keep.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
Came out very salty and cream cheese was the main taste in it. I will make again with less cream cheese and more spinach.

It's in the oven right now...for the 1000 th time! Love this recipe and even my 8 y.old daughter can make it now. I also do add 1/4 tsp of vanilla and less sugar but sprinkle some sugar on top to give a nice crisp top.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
I have been making this pie every year since I've got married- 11 years! My husband has told me that this is THE BEST pumpkin pie. Better then his mother's and she is THE PIE QUEEN. I love the texture of this pie ,but I have few modifications: less ginger - 1/4 tsp( not my favorite spice) and 1/4 tsp allspice. Also always pecans instead walnuts. My pie is in the oven and this year my 9 year old daughter is making it! It is so easy. !
