I followed this recipe pretty much to a T and it turned out great! I chilled the dough for 30 min. in the fridge prior to the first batch (and in between each batch), which made it easy to form balls to make cookies. I also made my balls about 1 inch in diameter, dabbed the top in white sugar (you could use coloured) and then cross flattened them with a fork like peanut butter cookies. The are just the right size, baked perfectly in 10 minutes at 350 deg. (i turned the pan around 1/2 way through the baking time). Crunchy, yet chewy, and oh so delicious! LOVE THIS RECIPE!
